Question 1.
Can I book one off & regular visit?

Answer:
Yes, staff can be booked for both one off & regular visits on the days & times for which they are required. Our electronic scheduling system enables us to organise staff effectively to match the ongoing requirements across the area we service.

Question 2.
Are all your staff vetted, qualified & approved?

Answer:
We carefully vet every carer registered with us which includes our checking them against the Disclosure Baring System (DBS). At least two employment references and one personal reference are also secured as part of the application process.

Our induction process includes a variety of training with time spent shadowing experienced carers within practice & every carer registered with our service is fully insured.
